1. Service Overview

NovaCore Labs will deliver a digital visibility package for your location, based on the selected package:

All Packages Include:

• 360° Virtual Tour hosted for 1 year

• Google Street View Integration (upload of select images from your tour)

• Street-to-Door Mapping (visualizing the approach to your location)

• Quarterly Analytics Reports

Business Packages may also include:

• Interactive hotspots

• Multi-location linking

• Custom subdomain

• Dedicated account management

2. Payment & Renewal

• Airbnb Package: $150 USD, renewable annually at $100 USD (includes one update).

• Business Packages: Starting at $150 USD per year. Higher tiers offer expanded features.

• Payment must be made in full via direct deposit before services are rendered.

• On-demand updates before renewal: $100 USD per request.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the space is clean, accessible, and camera-ready on the scheduled date.

• Notify all individuals on-site of upcoming filming.

• Additional charges may apply for reshoots, multi-level access, or rescheduling.

4. Privacy & Consent

Clients must obtain proper consent from any individuals who may appear in the footage. NovaCore Labs is not liable for image rights claims from third parties unless due to negligence.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

All images and virtual assets remain the property of NovaCore Labs.

Clients are granted a license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes during the subscription period.

If not renewed, assets may be removed from hosted platforms (including Google Street View and NovaCore subdomains).

6. Service Timeline

Approved virtual experiences are uploaded within 24 to 48 hours after final review and approval by the Client.

7. Analytics & Reporting

Clients will receive quarterly visitor reports detailing usage insights and viewership metrics of their experience.

8. Navigation Visibility

Street-to-Door™ experiences include navigable access from a nearby landmark or street, helping customers easily locate your business or rental.

9. Force Majeure

NovaCore Labs is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or changes in Google’s platform policies.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes will be addressed first through negotiation and mediation before formal legal proceedings.
